"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "Overall a great hotel. But the main road outside is quite busy and a little disturbing during the night. That said, the wellness area was excellent as was the breakfast. We would stay there again. "

"We were out in a nice sized room when we checked in. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and the transportation needed to get to all activities. The breakfast was quite nice and the restaurant was beautiful. Overall a fantastic 2 night stay as we made our way around the southern alps region."

"The Spa and pool are fantastic. The staff and service are excellent. The classic rooms are well maintained and very enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, though the hot food like eggs needs to be refreshed more often. Perhaps putting out lesser and more often. The receiption staff and bar staff were excellent and took time with every customer. The hotel really cares for it's customers."
