"A hotel conveniently located 5 minutes from Zurich Airport. Facilities are well maintained. People at front desk are very nice and helpful. We had some issues with our lugage and they gave us dental kits. We could not use the airport shuttle because a delay on our flight (shuttle runs until 23:10 and we arrived at 23:30), bit we called the front desk and they gave us indications on how to use public transport to reach the hotel."

"Customer Service was phenomenal! My wife and I were we checked in by Lea and she was the absolute sweetest. She made me feel so taken care of. She conveniently was also the same person to check my wife and I out and remembered the details of what our next couple days were going to be and wished us the best.
