"The room was beautiful! We enjoyed the flavored lemonade in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was very nice with the touch of luxury…cloth napkins, real dishes and coffee mugs and delicious food!"

"Thanks Brenda for a beautiful spot to spend some relaxing time with friends. What a wonderful location. We spent most of our time in the spacious open kitchen/dining area and on the porch over looking the lake. The space was perfect for the 8 of us. Thanks for providing everything we needed to just relax and enjoy each other's company. We hope to make a return trip soon."

"True to pics and description. Nice and secluded. Very clean. Kitchen stocked with whatever u might need to cook including seasonings/ oil/ Utensils etc. Hot tub worked well...we were unable to get temp any lower than 104 degrees despite settings on panel to lower temp and us giving it an hour , hoping it would lower enough for the pre teen kiddo... Lastly, You are expected to strip the bed linens yourself, place in hamper and then carry upstairs hamper downstairs, not a big deal for us but some might think thats overkill. Overall...would stay here again in future.."

"As the title says, this was a great place for our family reunion. Especially appreciated the little things: scriptures on the walls, labels for ALL the stuff in the lodge kitchen, etc. Only comment I heard was, "I wish there was another boat". Probably a good idea there was not more than one. I would hate to see Pirate Wars break out!"

"GREAT customer service from Sheldon. Clean but cool pool (hottub has been removed). Nice breakfast buffet. We don't eat meat or dairy so there wasn't much for us. I wish they had a big pot of oatmeal (but they had Quaker oatmeal packets) or some home fries on the hot plate. Clean & quiet room with a huuuge fridge. Close enough to downtown to walk. Highly recommend. "

"We were looking for something "in nature". This property did not disappoint. It was so peaceful, felt like a treehouse as when you are on the back balcony you are up in the trees. The walking paths were a little too rustic for my liking but was great for sister #3. She even took 3 chairs and a small table down the outdoor steps to one of the paths and made a cute breakfast spot to have our morning coffee in the woods. Super quiet at night, no issues at all. We didn't heed the warnings on the GPS instructions so we ended up down a bunch of secluded one lane dirt roads on the way, but heading home was a breeze. We heard if you do GOOGLE MAPS, they will only take you through main roads, none of those off road dirt roads, so take note! We headed to Berlin to do some shopping one of the days, was about a 30 min drive from the cabin. The hot tub was very relaxing! Great stay!"
