"We had a deluxe villa with own pool. It was just a shame due to staying later in the season, we did not get the sun on our loungers and the pool was very cold. (Still tried it though!!) Suite was lovely, Breakfast was good, lots of choice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort is close to main road, which was a bit annoying if sitting out. Overall though, could not fault the resort. However, walked along the nearest beach, and was very disappointed with the amount of rubbish and...

"This is an extremely well-run hotel with excellent service from all staff. Relaxing atmosphere and excellent beach location. Consistent and high quality. Easily accessible from Chania (about 1 hour)."

"Room need refresh and cleaniness "

"This is a relatively new property with amazing sea views and a great breakfast spread. But that is the only positive. The housekeeping is below par. The front office is often manned by newly recruited staff who are clueless and do not have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage guests, Our room (upgraded 1st day room and subsequent room the next day) had a stream of red ants all over the room. The housekeeping staff had to be called in late at night (well past 10 o’clock) to clean the...

"Don’t get me wrong, the suite was just wonderful. The room I booked overlooked the sea and I slept to the sound of waves. Gorgeous. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 for the staff was the young man who checked me in first night. He was absolutely lovely!! They need to just have him and him alone at the front desk. The cleaning crew were also very nice and greeted me when they saw me, they were way nicer than the rest of the front staff. Not that they were rude or anything but not warm...

"Excellent hotel directly opposite the beach. Had a sea view which was lovely. Quite a basic small hotel but very clean, basic breakfast offered. Staff all very friendly and helpful. I liked the location directly opposite the beach, there are no Sun loungers but hotel will provide a beach towel but it’s quiet and not touristy. A few lovely restaurants & supermarket all within 10mins walk and the main town 20/25 mins walk away. Hotel has a small pool. Bus station is 10mins walk if you wanted to...

"Everything was super clean. Very kind and helpful staff. The place is very convenient, right on the central square off the village and 3 min walk from the beach"

"Lovely apartment with hotel-type facilities in an excellent beachfront location. Well appointed and great pool. Very quiet place, ideal for getting away from it all."

"Our stay was wonderful. The front desk staff were super helpful with fabulous recommendations. It is in a great location. Not in the middle of all the touristy night life but a 3 minute walk to shops, restaurants etc. Highly recommend!!"

"Great location for a relaxing vacation. The staff were accommodating and made our stay extremely comfortable. The beach and restaurants are all top tier. Recommend if you are interested in relaxing on the beach, or going on excursions in the Chania area."

"Tolles Zimmer mit wunderbarem Meerblick, toller Pool"
