Magnificent Villa 300 meters from the beach with superb sea view

In the region of PINARELLO, in a quiet location, approximately 4 kilometers from SAINTE-LUCIE DE PORTO-VECCHIO and all amenities, 5 kilometers from PINARELLO and 15 kilometers from PORTO-VECCHIO,
Magnificent contemporary Villa, enjoying a superb view of the sea and the Genoese tower, just 300 meters from the beach, offering great services.
It consists of a hallway with guest toilet, a living room / equipped American kitchen / dining area, all opening onto the sea side terrace and 4 x 8 m infinity pool, a pantry / laundry room, a bedroom (bed 160) with cupboards, shower room / wc and exit to terrace, then, on the ground floor, three bedrooms (2x160 and 1 with 2x80), one with adjoining shower room, a shower room, separate wc, a TV lounge- game room with Baby Foot, fenced plot of 2500 m2 with trees and landscaped.
The house is fully air conditioned, heated and secure swimming pool (electric shutter) with a depth of 1.50m with masonry corner staircase.
Linen not provided (possibility of rental on site).

Magnifique villa, moderne, très bien équipée, dans un environnement calme. Une vue splendide, la plage à pied à quelques minutes, bref, le bonheur !!! Luxe calme et volupté

Un seul mot pour tout, magnifique. La maison est ultra apaisante, très spacieuse, la terrasse idem, la vue n’en parlons même pas, c’est hallucinant, on se gorge de beauté à chaque minute. L’amabilité des propriétaires, on se sent accueilli et choyé, les enfants meme grands adorent. On ne pouvait pas mieux espérer pour des Vacances en famille !

Absolute gem

Wonderful place, quiet, with the most gorgeous views of the sea and islands around! Exactly as per the pictures and description, if not better. Lovely owners and property managers. Ideal location close to a quiet beach, but also not far from the Porto-Vecchio set of beaches (still far enough to avoid the crowds!).Also not far from tree climbing / canyoning activities. Excellent recommendations around what to do and what to see. Excellent bakery 5 min away by car. Same for large supermarket. We could not recommend it enough. We will definitely come back!

We had a great week with the family in the villa - super well maintained, spacious with an easy and super friendly landlord/owner. We can only recommend this villa and the 5 stars are fully deserved.

Moderne Villa

Die moderne Villa ist geräumig und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse und vom Wohnbereich aus ist wunderschön. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin und zur örtlichen Ansprechpartnerin Marylis ist unkompliziert und äußerst angenehm. Alles war wie beschrieben und perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellente location! Tres bon acceuil. Villa parfaitement equipée. Vue exceptionnelle +++++ Trés bien située (la plage de Pinarellu est top notamment pour les enfants et moins frequentée que Santa Giulia et Palombaggia.) Calme. En bref: pas de défaut. On reviendra !

La perle de Sainte-Lucie de Porto Vecchio

Les photos de la maison laissaient présager quelque chose de sympa. La réalité dépasse celles-ci, de très loin ! La vue est EPOUSTOUFFLANTE, c'est incroyable. Quand on arrive, il y a un portail sécurisé. On gare sa voiture sur un très vaste parking. Puis on ouvre la porte d'entrée et là on en prend plein la vue avec devant soi la mer, la tour Gênoise, les montagnes. Il faut le voir et le vivre car c'est tout bonnement dingue. C'est l'une des plus belles vues que j'ai pu admirer d'une maison. Vraiment fou. En plus il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis. On a une vue à 180 degrés; La maison est sublime, la piscine à débordement magnifique, les terrasses gigantesques. Franchement ce fut un sans-faute et nous remercions Patrice et Corinne, les propriétaires, pour l'interaction que nous avons eue avec eux. Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans une maison géniale qui correspondait à 100 % à ce que nous recherchions. A noter que la maison est très bien climatisée, une chance car la température extérieure était caniculaire (plus de 30C° tous les jours). Nous avons quitté ce petit paradis à regret tant ce séjour fut idyllique !

The place to be

Très belle villa, nous avons été charmés par l'endroit. La vue est à couper le souffle et la maison est encore plus spacieuse que pourrait le laisser penser les photos. Villa parfaitement équipée et très confortable. Propriétaire reactif et disponible, tout comme le service de conciergerie orchestré par Marylis. Seul petit bémol, une connexion Internet capricieuse. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Tolle moderne und sehr gepflegte Villa in einem schön angelegten Garten mit einem großen Pool und großartiger Aussicht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa bietet allen Komfort für einen erholsamen und wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour merveilleux en famille

Destination la corse pour fêter en famille les 2 ans de notre petit dernier.Independamment de la beauté de l île, notre séjour a été idyllique dans un véritable havre de paix.La maison est superbe, encore plus belle que sur les photos.Les installations sont de qualité, la piscine chauffée et la vue sublime.Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir rencontrer Corinne et Patrice les propriétaires qui sont adorables.Pressez vous de réserver ce bijou !

Très belle villa spacieuse, fonctionnelle, au design contemporain, emplacement et vue exceptionnels

Les pièces sont conçues pour profiter à chaque instant du paysage époustouflant : vue mer sans aucun obstacle, seule quelques centaines de mètres de maquis séparent la villa du bord de mer. Aucun vis-à-vis. A réserver sans aucune hésitation !

Villa magnifique très bien pensée et organisée,une vue tout simplement splendide, les chambres sont spacieuses et sont toutes orientées sur la mer!un propriétaire très sympathique et disponible! sommes revenus enchantés de ce petit paradis, nous y retournerons avec certitude.

Outstanding villa with amazing views

This is a truly outstanding villa. A stunning location with the most amazing views from inside and outside the villa. We could not have hoped for better facilities - the villa is so well equipped and everything provided is top quality. An exceptional villa with the 'wow factor', The views from the gorgeous infinity pool are breathtaking. The owner and property manager were both extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. We loved every minute of our stay here. Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa and location

The villa is located with a beautiful view of the bay and with walking distance to very nice beaches. A short drive away, you find supermarkets and several other beautiful beaches. The dialogue with Patrice was very efficient and timely. He was very accommodating when we arrived late at night to help us with check-in. The house and location is actually better than the pictures indicate. I really want to give the property five stars, but the overall experience was pulled slightly down due to hard/ uncomfortable beds and somewhat worn and too few pool furnitures. This said I would very much like to stay in this villa again!
