The price includes gas, water, electricity, air conditioning.
Not included and to be paid on the spot: bed linen and towels (on request) € 14 / person / change, final cleaning € 150, tourist tax € 0.95 / person / day, deposit € 450.

This beautiful, modern holiday complex consists of 45 terraced houses and is only 3 km from the breathtaking beaches of Saint Cyprien in southern Corsica, an area known for its crystal clear, emerald green sea water. The small coastal town of Saint Cyprien offers various restaurants and bars, while the supermarket is in Saint Lucie (7 km) or in Porto-Vecchio (12 km). There are many activities and sports that can be practiced in the area, such as water sports on the beach or trekking and canyoning inland.
The holiday complex itself is in a quiet location, surrounded by the colors and scents of the Mediterranean forest. There is a reception, a swimming pool (14x7, open from April to October), a children's playground, a small bar / café, a washing machine, a bread service and a private parking lot.
The pastel-colored villas stand on a hill that slopes gently towards the sea. All villas are beautifully and modernly furnished and have their own entrance and terrace with sea view.
