Another room has a panoramic window and another French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, also with an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is a children's room with two beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long.

The property boasts a well-equipped kitchenette with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
