"This property needs care, it is located inside a hotel but owned and managed by somebody Elise. This means that the staff in the lobby will not help you on anything related inside your room. Issues: 1- The air conditioner makes very loud noises (it shakes the bedroom windows, very scary) and switches from heating to cooling. 2- They don’t bring you clean towels, even if you put them on the floor. Cleaning staff will pick them from the floor and hang them back (as if they were fresh clean...

No entanto, tive problemas com a camareira (ou com o standard de atendimento de servico de arrumação), dado que as loucas fora recolhidas para lavagem mas nao retornadas ao quarto. Acheina quantidade de louça insuficiente para um casal no quarto. Por fim, a linha de higiene pessoal cortesia do hotel deixou muito a desejar, é de 4a ou 5a categoria."

"Great location , steps from Berrini train station and with lots of taxis nearby. I really enjoyed the apartment feel, and was happy with all the amenities, the gym, breakfast and pool area were all great. I also really liked being able to do my own laundry for free, after being on the road for a couple of weeks. "

"O processo do checkin foi um pouco demorado, foi necessário passar cópia dos documentos por WhatsApp é só depois liberaram o checkin no flat. A reserva foi feita para 4 pessoas. No anuncia constava cama de casal, cama de solteiro e sofá cama. No apartamento descobrimos que o sofá cama não estava disponível, ou seja, cama para 3 pessoas somente. A resposta do proprietário foi: se não gostou pode sair. 9h da noite com 2 crianças. A sorte é que a pessoa que administra o flat no outro dia arrumou...
