"Honestly, one of the best places I've stayed in Mexico City! The room and building are wonderful. However, the slight downside is the check-in process. It took quite a bit of time as you have to do an extra layer of check-in (a form they email you then you get a code), and the front desk person does not speak English so well. More like an apt doorman, than a hotel front desk. And leaving luggage for storage was a bit of a challenge – I was told there was no space, so I had to use Bounce to keep my luggage at a nearby spot.
Just a head's up, that the front desk is not like a real hotel.
However, the room itself is very nice! One of the best. Very new and clean. There was also a decent kitchen. The location was a bit north of everything I was interested in but convenient enough. Great stay overall. Just a little hiccup with check-in."
