On the ground floor there are a large living room with sofas, carpets and a study, divided by an arch from the dining room with fireplace and a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen.

spacious room (crossing point with the upper floor) with library and 1 double sofa bed, a full bathroom with a characteristic tub.

Villa Nina is in the countryside of Zollino, one of the smallest and most typical towns in Grecìa Salentina, ideal for authentic holidays in Salento. The city centre is less than 500 meters away. 
Lecce is 15 kilometers away, while the closest seaside locations are 20 kilometers away, on the Adriatic coast between Otranto and San Foca.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioning just in the master bedroom on the ground floor and in one of the master bedroom on the first floor.
