"Citizen M doesn’t just have the the comfiest airport hotel beds I know, they have the comfiest hotel beds full stop! I always have such a deep sleep when I stay here. Staff couldn’t be any more helpful or friendly too!"

"The hotel was a good deal and staff were very helpful. The hotel was a 10-15 minute shuttle ride from the airport but the free shuttle ran every 15 minutes. This allowed us easy access to the airport which also was a train station to the central city. The train cost was 5 euros one way. I also took a cab but it cost me 100 euros for one way. "

"Great airport hotel. There is a free bus shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes. To find the shuttle at the airport follow the airport bus signs. Really easy to use and find shuttle. The hotel was really clean, had a restaurant and small bakery. Great swimming pool that is really warm, playground area. Definitely a lot to do to stay busy. We will definitely stay again! "

"Carpeted room but the carpet was new enough that I felt comfortable .. Rooms have apparently been renovated recently. Decor was pleasant... Breakfast buffet was decent, and actually felt as if it was a good value for 17 euros. Rare to feel as if the price reflects the product or vice versa.. (with regards to breakfast buffets). Elevators were busy, but fast. Overall a very nice stay."

"We were staying to wait for our flight the next day transfer off a15 day cruise. We were picked up at the airport by the shuttle and were very early for check in but the young man at the counter told us that he would do what he could do to get us in. We sat in the lobby for about an hour and then was in our room about 3 hours before 3:00pm check in. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel appears to be fairly new maybe 10 years old or less. The transfer back to Schiopol was 5 euro and takes about 10 minutes. Our flight was at 7am and the shuttle starts at 5am so we had plenty of time to get checked in and to our gate. Overall a very nice short stay."
