In minj you can spend time exploring the countryside by bike or on foot. You can sample traditional Istrian cuisine in numerous rural households. Visit Svetvinenat, where you will be amazed by the Renaissance square Placa. An important part of Svetvinenat's cultural heritage are the preserved remains of wall frescoes in the Church of St Vincent near the town cemetery and in the Church of St Catherine. This special town attracts visitors with interesting and varied local events. The most famous of these is the medieval festival, where you can try your hand at medieval games. Drive to Kanfar and see the ruins of the medieval town of Dvigrad, the Lim Channel, numerous archaeological sites and a must-see visit to the indigenous Istrian ox of Bokarin.
