"The hotel’s location is great - you are a few minutes walk from both the upper & lower historic city center. The breakfast is good - they offer fresh fruits, yoghurts, and the usual hot breakfast like eggs, omelettes, sausages, etc. The service team is great & speak fluent English. The hotel maintenance is good, close to excellent. No complaints. The room for 3 persons was spacious and made as a semi-suite. There is a tram running very close to the hotel and you can hear it, but it didn’t bother us and we slept very well. It’s not a fancy hotel, but a good option to stay to explore Zagreb due to its excellent location."
