"Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich, man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, ich habe ihn sehr genossen. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sauber und hell und ordentlich. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets bemüht die Wünsche ihrer Gäste zu erfüllen. Man hat das Gefühl man sei in einer großen Familie. Auch das Restaurant und der kleine Biergarten laden zum längeren Verweilen ein.

"The hotel is in wonderful, quiet garden. The breakfast was excellent. Online check in was not too complicated. The only thing i would mention is that the beds are rather small and very firm."

This hotel gets 9/10 because of only a couple of small minor inconveniences; firstly no TV remote in room (but I didn't need the TV so no issue), secondly the shower head was little loose meaning it was hard to get under the water. "Wir waren mit unserem 4-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock und liegt sehr zentral in einer ruhigen, wenig befahrenen Straße. Alle wesentlichen Highlights der Stadt sind fußläufig. Ein paar Meter weiter ist ein größerer Supermarkt.Parken ist in Görlitz-City fast überall kostenpflichtig und so gibt es nur wenige kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe - man kann aber bis 9 Uhr kostenlos direkt in der Straße parken oder für eine Stunde auf dem Supermarkt Parkplatz.Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, und bietet reichlich Schlafplätze. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und flexibel. Wir kommen gerne wieder. *****"
