Our house is comfortably furnished and offers plenty of space for optimal relaxation. In addition to a small front garden, there are 2 parking spaces. A spacious terrace is oriented to the south-east and offers space for hearty barbecues, but also morning sun for breakfast or brunch outdoors.
In the kitchen there are all important devices (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle); of course also enough dishes, cutlery, pots u. S. W. as well as glasses and place mats. Our "beach bar" connects the kitchen with the dining and living area. Here even a rocking chair invites you to relax. In the living room there is a flat screen with TV, DVD and stereo radio, as well as a leather sofa with a coffee table. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, dryer. On the upper floor there is a shower next to the toilet, sink and hairdryer. In two bedrooms there are 2 beds each, in the children's room there are even 3 beds. A staircase leads from a bedroom to the loft where three mattresses (of course with bedding) are available for a good night's sleep. Children like to conquer this private space.

Es wurde an alles gedacht und wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Noch dazu haben wir Frische Eier bekommen.Die Matratzen waren nicht so gemügentlich, sonst ging es uns sehr gut und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Ideales Ferienhaus für Freunde mit Familie

Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub mit gleichzeitig zentraler Lage um Rügen zu erkunden.Wir (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und 1 Hund) haben den Jahreswechsel hier verlebt. Durch die Lage ist man schnell an seinem Wunschort auf der Insel. Vielen Dank auch für den tollen, freundlichen und unproblematischen Empfang und die Abreise.

Sehr schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Sehr ruhig gelegen quasi am Anfang des Feldes, in der Nähe von Karls und 14 Autominuten nach Binz. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß genug für eine Gruppe von Freunden. Das oft angesprochene Knarzen im Obergeschoss nervt allerdings tatsächlich sehr. Hier sollte mal Abhilfe geschaffen werden, schließlich nehmen die Besitzer ja auch ordentlich Geld ein. In manchen Ecken könnte ein wenig besser sauber gemacht werden. Zwischen Fenstern und Fliegengittern liegen tote Insekten und Schmutz. In manchen Ecken sind kleine Spinnen und Spinn- oder Dreckweben. Das könnte man sehen. Insgesamt aber alles kein Drama oder Problem. Die Nachbarn, die das Haus quasi übergeben und "hüten", sind auch sehr nett. Danke!

Schönes großes Haus

Schöne ruhige zentrale Lage. Das Haus ist schön gross und es fehlt an nix. Einzige was man in der Annonce ändern sollte ist das ein Whirlpol angegebenen ist der nicht vorhanden ist was ich mir aber schon gedacht habe da er auf keinem Foto zu sehen war.

tolles, multifunktionales Haus

Das Haus liegt recht abgelegen, dennoch dicht an der Bundesstraße Bergen-Binz, jeweils ca. 10min. von Bergen, von Putbus und von Binz entfernt. Karls (Erdbeer-) Erlebnisdorf ist gleich nebenan (1 Minute) - Empfehlung: Buffet-Frühstück, und natürlich frische Erdbeeren. Das Dorf ist mit Kindern eh ein Muss. Will man sonst auswärts frühstücken, geht das in Bergen eher nicht, außer im Café Meyer - sonst muss man in die Bäder fahren und von den zentralen Parkplätzen laufen. Zurück zum Haus: es geht über zweieinhalb (!) Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss liegen Flur, (Dusch-) Bad, Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer mit relativ kleinem Satelliten-TV. Unser Fire-TV-Stick ließ sich nicht starten. Die Außentreppe ist etwas riskant mit hohen Stufen und erhöhten Kanten, dazu ohne Handlauf. Im ersten Stock liegen 2,5 Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett, eines mit 2 Einzelbetten und eines unter der Dachschräge mit einem Doppelbett. Außerdem befindet sich dort ein kleines Bad (WC, Handwaschbecken, Dusche). Sowohl vom Vorflur als auch vom Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett gingen Leitern zu den Matratzenlagern im Spitzboden - nix für kleine Kinder. Von der Küche führt eine Tür zur kleinen, abgezäunten Terrasse und einem Schuppen. Man befindet sich dort allerdings praktisch auf dem Grundstück der Nachbarin. Vor dem Haus sind 2 Parkplätze reserviert. Die sehr nette Nachbarin an der Eingangsseite betreut das Haus (die Eigentümer wohnen in Thüringen) und gibt den Schlüssel aus.

Platz für alle in einem tollen Haus

Wir haben wundervolle Tage rund um Silvester 23/24 in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder plus Hund. Die offene Küche, der große Esstisch und das gemütliche Wohnzimmer- überall war genügend Platz für alle. 2 Bäder mit Dusche und Toilette waren ein Traum bei so vielen Leuten. Geschlafen haben wir auch super, genügend Räume für alle gab es und besonders ist der Schlafplatz direkt unter dem Dach. Vielen Dank an die tollen Vermieter, die auf jede Nachricht direkt reagiert haben und auch an die Nachbarn, die uns mehrfach mit großen und kleinen Dingen ausgeholfen haben!

Schönes Haus ,etwas sehr abseits.

Sehr netter, hilfsbereiten Empfang. Haus schön groß und alles vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen . Nächster Supermarkt in etwa 10 km . An sonsten im ort nur 1 Restaurant was Montags geschlossen hat . Komunikarion mit denVermietern sehr gut und freundlich. Leider hatten wir sehr Pech mit dem Wetter, sodass man das Haus außen nicht nutzen konnte .

Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht, teilweise nur sehr abgewohnt und ohne Garten. Kleine Terrasse. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Lage ist super. Schöne Gegend und nur 5 min mit dem Auto nach Binz zum Strand.

Traumhafter Kurzurlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Treppe in die obere Etage war für unsere Tiere zu Beginn eine echte Herausforderung und der alte Hund hat sich schnell gegen den „Aufstieg“ entschieden. Kater und Sohn hingegen waren absolut begeistert. Vor allem der ausgebaute Schlafboden kam bei beiden sehr gut an. Das Laminat in der oberen Etage ist recht laut, aber das stört auch nicht. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Für uns war es ein traumhafter Kurzurlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haus, Umgebung, Aktivitäten im Umkreis sehr gut

Hallo, wir waren von Ostermontag bis Freitag auf der schönen Insel Rügen. Sehr herzlich wurden wir von der Familie im Nachbarhaus begrüßt, die uns auch den Schlüssel aushändigten. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Den Kindern hat es besonders gefallen auf dem Zwischenboden zu übernachten. Bei 5 Personen waren 2 Bäder sehr vorteilhaft, wobei das obere Bad schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, vielleicht wird es ja noch saniert. Ansonsten haben wir die schöne Natur genossen, sind von Zirkow aus quer durch den Wald nach Binz gewandert und zurück, 12 Km insgesamt. Der Baumwipfelpad in Binz ist auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert, oben angekommen hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Auch Prora ist ein Besuch wert, was dort alles modernisert wurde, toll. Sassnitz und eine Fahrt mit dem Schiff zum Kreidefelsen durfte auch nicht fehlen. Auch war Kap Arkona eine Reise wert. Es gibt jede Menge zu entdecken auf der schönen Insel, jedoch war die Zeit zu kurz. Aber wir kommen gern wieder.

Erholung und Ruhe

Sehr geräumiges Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Duschen und 2 WCs. Sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Nette Vermieter und nette Nachbarn, die uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben haben.
