"Very relaxing place to get away from it all with the beach literally 2minute walk down the hill. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly even though our Spanish is questionable. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. I would stay at this slice of Mexican paradise again. "

"It’s a beautiful sanctuary in a dramatic setting. The rooms are unique and very comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet and privacy. The host is extremely welcoming.Food at the restaurant is outstanding. It’s a considerable walk down to the beach but once there it is amazing. After a hot day it was great to refresh in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. We wished that the internet was a bit better. Finished on the outside of the cabana we stayed in need a bit of a refresh as does the pool."

"The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. Free water at reception. Small balcony w 2 chairs. There is no warm water, which was ok because it was 35 degrees. The room was a bit dusty and theres space at the top of the door so i seen a few small spiders and a gecko came into the room at one point. No ac but a fan which worked ok. Wouldnt recommend if ur staying solo but for a couple would be nice. Overall pretty nice. "

"Manta Ray is a wonderful hotel off the beaten track. The hotel has wonderful rooms with Seaview, the restaurant is excellent with an international cuisine. The owner and chef happily tries to accommodate specific wishes. The beach is right there, nice sand, water is warm. Also good swimming pool. The waives are relatively high and break close to the beach. No phone cover but excellent wifi. A number of other restaurants are nearby. The only thing I found negative was that this hotel does...

"Staff were terrific. Welcoming and very attentive. Can't beat the location. The room is very basic but very clean. The bed was very comfortable - great mattress. Overall the room met my needs. "We had an amazing time. The owner Lizzy is an absolute doll and made one heck of a getaway! We were blown away by the art, the adorable cats, and the easy check-in and check out. We even were able to shop for some souvenirs in the lobby which was nice considering we had a quick turnaround. She even gave us some really good recommendations for beaches and sunset spots, Lucy and Reina were helpful too! Shout out to Tribu tacos in town they kept us well fed and was a 5 min walk from the hotel....
