The ca 78 sqm apartment is located in the basement of the family house of the owner. The bright and tastefully furnished apartment can be reached via 3 exterior steps. The apartment has two bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed and sitting area. The two bathrooms are equipped with shower / WC. The large living room has a dining area and a cozy couch, the kitchen is equipped with stove, oven and refrigerator. A sitting area in front of the apartment is available, a grill can be used. The initial bed linen is included, towels are not provided. An off-Stellpaltz located directly in front of the property of the landlord.

Both bungalows and apartment are located on the property of the lessor in a quiet location in the Baltic resort of Zinnowitz.  The sandy beach is about 12 minutes, the center of Zinnowitz with numerous shops and restaurants can be reached in about 10 minutes walk. The Zinnowitz invites with its theater, outdoor theater and cinema to numerous cultural events.
