Die Ferienwohnung erhält von uns 3 von 5 Sternen. Folgende Verbesserungen wären dringend notwendig: - Austausch der Dusche bzw. Behandlung von Schwarzschimmel in Fugen und Silikon - Austausch Backofen, es fehlt die Sicherheitsscheibe innen, dadurch wird die Außenscheibe kochend heiß, ich bin beim Kochen mit dem Knie ran gekommen und habe mir eine üble Verbrennung zugezogen - Toilettendeckel deckt den Rand nicht gut ab, dadurch berührt man die Keramikschüssel - ein Waschbeckenunterschrank würde für ein bisschen mehr Staufläche im Bad sorgen - bei 4 Personen wäre das praktisch - beim Reinigen den Fliesenspiegel im Bad, die Ecken hinter dem Rollbett, die Blendleiste der Küchenzeile und weitere versteckte Stellen beachten - Grundausstattung: Toilettenpapier fehlte im Putzmittelraum, obwohl es in der Willkommensmappe angegeben war - Ausstattung wie Fit und Backpapier wäre wünschenswert - sehr unmoderne Küche, aber das liegt ja im Auge des Betrachters Die positiven Dinge möchten wir natürlich auch erwähnen: - bequeme Betten/Matratzen - qualitativ hochwertige Rollos/Plissees - ruhige Lage der Unterkunft - sehr freundlicher Vermieter - Ankunftsabsprache lief reibungslos - die Nutzung der Wäschespinne ist klasse - schöne Sitzecke im Garten mit guter Ausstattung an Polstern usw. - Verfügbarkeit von Netflix, Youtube, WLan und TV haben die Kids als positiv bewertet - hilfreiche Infomappe mit allen wichtigen Details zur Wohnung und Umgebung Wir bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt und wünschen für die Zukunft alles Gute.
