The house was completely renovated and completed in 2008. During the renovation, care was taken to preserve the flair of the former island house. In this apartment you will feel right at home and spend some nice hours there. The cozy bay window invites you to read and linger. In the living room is a flatscreen TV. The apartment has a terrace. A beautiful, large terrace with patio furniture. The apartment has been tastefully and comfortably furnished. You will feel comfortable in this apartment, so that the stay is pure from the first day. FeWo Schubert /Ewers

es ist eine sehr schöne, gemütliche , großzügige FeWo. Es fehlt an nichts. Die FeWo liegt zentral und auch sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße.

Schönes, aber hellhöriges Haus

Die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit ca. 25 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand ist groß und schön, jedoch sind einige Reparaturen in den einzelnen Räumen an Möbelteilen und Armaturen notwendig. Die Mängel müssen offensichtlich seit längerem bestehen. Eines der beiden Leuchtmittel an der Dunstabzugshaube ist defekt und muss ausgetauscht werden. > Von der 5armigen Deckenleuchte über dem Esstisch sind 2 Leuchtmittel defekt und müssen ausgetauscht werden. > Das Ablaufventil mit Stellsieb in Spüle lässt sich nicht mehr stellen und muss erneuert werden. > Die defekte Seitenabdeckung an der Innentür des Kühlschranks liegt wohl schon lange im Hängeschrank. > Die Küchengerätschaften könnten ergänzt werden. Wir haben eine Allzweckreibe gekauft und in der Küche zur Nutzung hinterlassen. > Kaffeemesslöffel, Topflappen, Eieranpieker und Eieruhr wären hilfreiche normale Utensilien. > Der Stellhebel und die Abflusseinrichtung samt Ablaufventil am Waschbecken sind verrostet und kaum noch bewegbar. Das muss komplett erneuert werden. > Die Steckdose links neben dem Waschbecken funktioniert nicht und muss von einem Elektriker repariert werden.> Ein Vergrößerungsspiegel in Waschbeckennähe wäre sehr hilfreich. > In einem der Schlafzimmer fehlt am Kleiderschrank der Öffnungsknauf. Bei allen Betten sind die Matratzenauflagen sehr abgenutzt. > Eine Nachttischlampe zu hell. 2. Nachtischlampe defekt.>Stabiler Windschutz an linker Seite der Terrasse notwendig.>Rauchmelder liegen im Flur auf Schrank.

Erfahrung

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wobei durch das gute Wetter während unseres Aufenthaltes, die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen, Frühstück und ein wenig Abendzeit genutzt wurde. Die Insel Usedom bietet ausreichend Freizeitmöglichkeiten für jung und alt. Für schlechtes Wetter ist der Wohnraum für 4 Personen durch aus geeignet. Das W-LAN war nützlich und wurde für Info.-Beschaffung genutzt. Die Wohnung ist unsere Empfehlung Wert.

Ruhig gelegene, große und schöne Wohnung

Alles bestens, sauber, großzügig und gut ausgestattet - zusätzlich zum Inserat und der Buchungsbestätigung verfügt die Wohnung über einen Geschirrspüler und WLAN. Der Staubsauger war zwar schon stark mitgenommen und die Frontplatte der Geschirrspülmaschine stand neben der Küche, aber ansonsten war alles TOP. Gern wieder.

Gut aufgeteilte Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen, trotzdem alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Küchenstühle sollten erneuert werden und die Spülmaschine zeigt ein paar Unregelmäßigkeiten​ bei langem Program. Auch etwas mehr Geschirr wäre nicht schlecht. Ansonsten sehr schöne Wohnung.
