Right in the center of Zingst, between the two spree miles beach and monastery road, lies the exclusive 'residence beach road' - only 200 meters from the pier forecourt with the two 'Steigenberger' hotel and the adjoining pier, the spa and the beach! A bakery is located right in the hotel, cafes, restaurants, many small shops, doctor, pharmacy and two larger supermarkets nearby.

The cozy 2-bedroom apartment 'Sea Wolf' is located in the upper or RESIDENTIAL BEACH ROAD attic of and consists of living area with comfortable couch sheep, kitchen and dining area (23 m²), double bedroom (10 sqm), bathroom with shower / WC and south-facing balcony. With a size of about 50 square meters floor area, the apartment is ideal for 2-4 persons.

Parking is conveniently located in the carport at the house, and all the shops are all within walking distance!

Immediate center location, so absolutely perfect just outside of seasons by being close to all Einkaufsmöglichieten and the many cafes, restaurants, bank, doctor, pharmacy and small shops ...

The location is still quiet, the beach is about 250 m. Ideal for seniors, singles or couples in love, :-)

Schöne Wohnung nur 300 Schritte zur Ostseebrücke

Ferienwohnung war sehr schön! Die ruhige Lage, mit Fußgängerzone vor der Tür war toll. Bitte wechselt aber mal den alten Wohnzimmerteppichvorleger aus! Der ist Iiiiiii...

Kurze Wege zum Strand

Positiv ist das man sich mitten in der Innenstadt befindet und ca. 350 m bis zum Strand auf der Promenade schlendern kann. Die Wohnung ich ist gut geschnitten und man hat zu zweit ausreichend Platz. Nun zum negativen Teil der Parkplatz der zu der Wohnung gehört ist max ausreichend für einen Kleinwagen bei der Anfahrt muss man sich einen Weg durch die Fußgängerzone suchen und bekommt dafür nur böse Blicke . Es gibt kein WLAN . Unterhalb des Schlafzimmers ist ein Bäcker der pünktlich 6:30 seine Lieferung mit ein LKW bekommt . Was könnte man verbessern : WLAN Zugang Bei der Reinigung ist noch Luft nach oben Einen Klimaanlage würde das Objekt deutlich aufwerten Insektenschutz vor der Balkon Tür wäre Super Die Vorhänge vor den Fenstern könnte man gegen eine bessere Lösung austauschen Und wie gesagt der Parkplatz ist zu eng und da die Autos heutzutage immer größer werden wird das Problem eher noch größer.... So das war es von meiner Seite ich hoffe ich konnte ein objektives Bild abgeben

Durch das kleine separate Zimmer musste die Schlafcouch nicht genutzt werden.

Super Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Super Lage. Man kommt zu Fuß überall hin. Shoppen ....Essen ...alles in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen optimal. Ein kleines Mango ist ...das der Bäcker, der direkt unter der Wohnung liegt...um 6:30 Uhr beliefert wird und wenn das Fenster auf ist hört man es. Nichts desto trotz würde ich jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Die Abwicklung ist total unkompliziert. Jederzeit wieder.

Urlaub in Zingst

Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine super Lage und war wunderschön. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Balkon. Auch die Wohnungseinrichtung war sehr gut. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Schön im Zentrum ,Altes Werbeprospekt bzw.Foto mit "Seewolf" nicht aktuell -verwirrt bei der Suche

Wohnung sauber - Küchenzubehör reichlich.Kleiderschrankoder Kommode wäre gut.Ersatzbatterien für Fernbedienung fehlten.
