"We loved the location of this rental, which is right in the heart of downtownZermatt. It is a short taxi ride away from the Matterhorn Express lift, so you should probably know that going in if you’re skiing, but it’s easy enough to catch a taxi and we loved being in the heart of all the restaurants and shops so the location couldn’t have been better for us. "It was very well located, clean, well equipped, warm and quiet. Lovely sunny open plan living space. The spiral staircase is steep and narrow - worth noting (but not an issue for us). Martijn was incredibly helpful and responsive. We arrived (as planned) at 4pm and our accommodation wasn’t ready which was frustrating after a very early start/long journey. A big bunch of unmarked keys took a bit of getting used to. we would highly recommend the property."
