"Zentraler kann man in Laboe eigentlich nicht wohnen und die Wohnung hat durch die Umgestaltung einer ehemaligen Gewerbeeinheit einen besonderen Charme. Man wohnt allerdings in einer Einheit mit dauervermieteten Wohnungen, wodurch die Lärmbelastung, auch durch die fehlende Trittschalldämmung in den oberen Wohnungen schon sehr extrem ist. Bei schönem Wetter ist das kein Problem, weil man dann den seeehr großen Balkon nutzen kann !"

Bad auch für einen Urlaub mit Freunden geeignet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.Die riesige Dachterrasse ist besonders im Sommer ein Highlight. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Cons: Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer waren nicht so bequem und der Sessel müsste mal ersetzt werden."
