"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von diesem Zimmer. In der Anzeige heißt es Apartment in Wirklichkeit ist es allerdings nur ein größeres Doppelzimmer. Das Zimmer liegt an einer lauten Durchgangsstraße und ist schlecht isoliert, zudem hört man auch noch jedes Wort der Nachbarn durch die Zimmerdecke. Die Einrichtung sieht auf den ersten Blick nett aus, ist aber sehr billig. Das Schlafsofa war selbst für unser Kind zu hart und durchgelgen. Finger weg!"

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"Great apartment, high ceilings and plenty of windows and light. Only spent a night but really pleased with everything. Kitchen well stocked but the sink tap was quite stiff and hard to open. The bedroom is nice but in a triangle space so not much space on one end. Overall it’s definitely recommended. "

"In Bezug auf den Preis der Ferienwohnung, sind die 3 Sterne sehr wohlwollend vergeben. Der erste Eindruck der Immobilie wenn man anreist ist übel, überfüllte Mülltonnen vor der Tür und von der Fassade fällt großflächig der Putz ab! Dann gab es kein Toilettenpapier und im Anschein auch keine Toilettenbürste (was aber vom Vermieter nach schriftl.Hinweis am nächsten Tag erledigt wurde). Den Kühlschrank haben wir ausgewaschen und die Ausstattung der Küche ist mehr als einfach/dürftig. Zum Glück...

"Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie is ganz neu und entsprechend sieht alles gut aus. Auch wenn die Wohnung direkt an einer Straße liegt sind die Fenster sehr dicht, so dass man bei geschlossenem Fenster so gut wie nichts hört. Wir haben Ausflüge in den Schwarzwald und nach Baden-Baden unternommen. "

"The staff were friendly and polite, the hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and well equipped but the air conditioning was broken but the hotel did provide a tower fan to try to keep the room cool. The evening menu is limited but at least there was a bar with some hot food. Good tip! If you’re going out to eat make sure you make a reservation as we tried several different restaurants and they were all fully booked. "

"Most excellent location, has underground parking, adjacent to Casino and walking to shopping, dining and thermal spa. We booked our stay last minute as usual, but got a great room with view of city. Breakfast buffet was on point, good choices. Royal Spa use is free, fee for other treatments."

Nice and clean hotell

"Clean room with comfortable beds. Lovely area with good restaurants. Very helpfull staff. We paid for two nights of parking. The second night we arrived late and the parking lot was full and there was no place to park. The staff helped us find parking in the area and the next day we got the parkings fee back."

"Great all around. Check in machine didn't work and had to use counter. The guy was nice but skipped me and went to the guy behind me who had ordered a pizza. No problem until they started having a conversation about other things and snacks. After a long day to wait while 2 people have a conversation and you being skipped isn't fun. "
