"Claire was really helpful and even contacted us ahead to check if we needed early breakfast. He also texted when we left something behind. However gave a lower rating for service as the other staff were not very helpful, and not at all friendly. Not what we expected of a Taiwan 民宿。The bathroom in our room had fungi growing on the cabinet due to the water formed from condensation - should consider better ventilation or an exhaust. "

"Really fantastic hostel with great facilities. The rooftop kitchen and outside balcony really is a great addition. Check in and check out is super simple and staff were nice. If i went back to Alishan/Chiayi again I’d definitely stay here again. "
