"We stayed at this hotel for a one night before our flight from Verona, and beside the fact that the hotel is super clean and beautiful, there isn't any other thing I could say that was good, started with the fact that there was no one at reception to recieve us so we waited approx 20 minutes until someone came. The staff were nice, but the pool seems to be included until you check in, when they say you need to book timeslots and also pay to use it. We were told our room was ready, but upon entering, it wasn't, and there were cans and rubbish everywhere.
