"Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal im Seehotel Heidehof. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Gefreut hatten wir uns auch auf das sehr gute Essen im Restaurant, allerdings wurde die Karte etwas eingekürzt und die Auswahl war für uns nicht wirklich passend. Daher mussten wir leider woanders Essen gehen. Im Haupthaus hatten wir Probleme mit der WiFi Verbindung, die im Nebengebäude ohne Probleme funktionierte. "Tolles Hotel mit sehr bemühten Mitarbeitern in einer tollen Lage direkt am See. Schöne und neue Wellness Landschaft und leckeres Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig spartanisch eingerichtet, aber sauber. Verbesserungswürdig sind ledig die viel zu hohen und massiven Kissen. Es gibt ein Mini-Kissen, dass zu klein ist und ein riesiges Kissen, bei dem man fast im Bett sitzt beim drauf liegen 😅 wenn man die austauschen könnte wäre gar nichts zu bemängeln. Ganz lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit! "

"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...
