(Schlüsselcodes, WLAN-Schlüssel, Toilettenpapier…) Zudem wird die obere Etage aktuell renoviert, was den Urlaub weniger entspannend macht. "We had an amazing stay at the villa. After 3 days in Venice arriving at the villa was everything we hoped for and more, especially the hot tub! The town was lovely and it was great to be able to walk in to it. We used local bars and restaurants and got all the shopping we needed. We visited Lake Garda, Mantua and Verona - all really worth visiting 😊"

"We had a wonderful stay here! The property has everything you need including a lovely bright and open kitchen, and a great outdoor patio and seating place to enjoy the views. This place is isolated in its setting but not in location and is close to big supermarkets and bigger towns for day trips. "We are ten friends and rented three apartments in the building. Everyone was happy! It truly does overlook the castle and is an easy walk into town for restaurants. Nadia was friendly and always available if needed. Just a few things to keep in mind: no elevator to the apartments in the upper three floors, however those apts all have balconies. Also, the internet never worked. We all agreed we would stay there again. Thank you, Nadia!"

"Daniele was a great host and very easy to communicate with. His house is lovely and features his own artwork. There isn’t much nearby his house other than a couple of small cafes and pizzerias so be prepared to commute to city center for meals and such (20-30 minutes by bus). But I would definitely stay here again"

"The house was comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately the air con didn't work because it couldn't be sealed around the window. This made it very difficult to sleep in the heat. House was very close to amenities and the kids enjoyed the cool bunkbeds."

"Beatrice was a wonderful host, providing recommendations on where to park, restaurants and grocery shopping. We chose to eat in since the house was so comfortable and the grocery stores were easy to get to. The location is convenient for exploring Verona and the surrounding area (many wineries) including Lake Garda. And it was fun to drive the scenic routes to experience the rural and hilly countryside, though the highways are very close also if needed."

"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Sehr schöner Garten! Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch die Grundausstattung in der Küche mit Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer und Küchenrolle. Normalerweise sind das sonst die ersten Dinge, die wir erst mal einkaufen müssen. 🙂 Küchenausstattung ausreichend. We made contact with Nicolette through VRBO in January 2023 about the possibility of renting her place for three months but before committing to that agreed we’d stay for a weekend to view (at the normal rental rates). "We had a lovely holiday at this VRBO. The property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment is very efficient. The interior design is beautiful. It is clear that they put a lot of effort into the design. We had plenty of room to relax inside and outside. The exterior fenced area is small but definitely adequate and we were welcome to walk the dogs through the vineyard. Absolutely beautiful place and we have shared it with family and friends."
