"This was an incredible hotel! Highly recommend! The staff was wonderful, especially the owner. My son even mentioned that they were a 10 out of 10 in Service. We enjoyed breakfast that was a full assortment, breads, cheeses, meats, and different jams each morning, as well as the sauna that they turned on for us in the summer after a long hike. Our balcony had an incredible view of the Matterhorn. And they also are wonderful in getting us a shuttle to and from the train station. The furniture...

"共有の電子レンジと冷蔵庫は地下にあります。部屋にはケトル、テレビ、ドライヤーがありますが、エアコンはありません。他のスイスのホテルでは扇風機が置かれていることが多かったのですが、このホテルにはなさそうでした。 立地はとても便利で、どの鉄道駅にも比較的近く、大きなスーパーマーケットもすぐそばにあります。 私たちの部屋からはマッターホルンは見えませんでしたが、朝食会場やホテルの庭からはきれいに見ることができました。 朝食はやや質素な印象ですが、スイスでは一般的なのかもしれません。おかず系は少なく、パン、ハム、チーズ、ゆで卵、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、シリアルといったラインナップでした。 私たちが宿泊した時は、東アジア系の宿泊者が多い印象でした。 今回は独立した湯船付きのお部屋に宿泊しましたが、水栓がどうしても閉まらず…。気づいた時にはすでにフロントが閉まっていて、結局湯船に入れませんでした。宿泊される方は、21:30前までに一度お湯をためられるか確認しておくことをおすすめします！"
