Behind the house there are containers which serve as a temporary school building until summer 2025. The view is therefore reduced on the first and second floors facing north. Large, luxurious apartment block "Zur Matte B", 4 storeys, built in 2009. In the centre of Zermatt, in a central position. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning daily on request (extra). Supermarket, restaurant 15 m, bakery 100 m, café 15 m, bicycle rental 260 m, bus stop "Brücke zum Steg" 120 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 350 m. Location

The location was great because it was right in the center of town. It was so close to everything and right across the street from the grocery store and a great restaurant, Da Nico. However, since it was right in the center of town and bars do not close until 0200-0300 there were many nights of getting woken up by drunk people screaming.

Wir kommen wieder

Für einen Ferienaufenthalt alles vorhanden! Top! Lediglich der Einstellraum für Fahrräder war nicht vorhanden. Bei Nachfrage wurde uns der Skiraum im 1. UG dafür angegeben, jedoch passen die E-Bikes (45 kmh) nicht in den Lift und sind zu schwer, um täglich die Treppe runter und hoch zu tragen. Somit haben wir die E-Bikes im langen Hauseingang (Steckdose im Korridor) deponieren dürfen. Das ging problemlos, da es nicht viele Gäste mit Velos hatte. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt.

Sehr Zentrale gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Nähe Skibus, sehr Ideal, Appartement gross genug für 2 Pers. WC ok, Küche alles da, und funktioniert, TV wünschenwert wenn drehbar zum Bett, Sitzgruppe unbequem, Balkon, super, Skiraum vorhanden, Gepäck konnte deponiert werden bei Ankunft, da die Wohnung noch nicht frei war, das war sehr gut, Büro Interhome gleich im gleichen Haus, alles super, würde diese Wohnung wieder mieten, B. Heerlijk appartement, geweldige locatie

Dit was de 4e keer dat we in dit appartement verbleven en hebben daarom de routebeschrijving niet hoeven gebruiken. We zijn altijd erg tevreden en komen daarom telkens graag terug. Enige minpuntje wat ons betreft zijn de harde matrassen, daar kunnen we niet zo goed aan wennen. Dat er maar 1 stopcontact boven de vaatwasser is, is wat onpraktisch als je koffie wil zetten en water wil koken. Qua servies is ' t jammer dat er maar 2 glazen en 2 bekers zijn. Overige servies meestal 'n 4-tal.

Everything in the apartment was good. I would have liked it better had there been a washer/dryer on premises and air conditioning. It was noisy at night with the windows open and warm and stuffy with them closed.

Exactly as portrayed

Check in was quick and easy. Location is ideal for a short walk to the bus for transport to the ski slope (the purpose of our visit). We walked, with luggage, from the train to the apartment. A market is across the street for getting supplies. Shopping is 5 minutes away. We found this to be a home away from home during our stay. Would reccomend this to others considering staying in Zermatt.
