Beautiful, comfortable, luxurious chalet "Rütschi", 5 storeys, built in 2008. 7 apartments in the property. In the district of Steinmatte, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position, south facing position. In the house: WiFi, sauna, steam room, spa area, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 550 m, restaurant, bakery 100 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Kirchbrücke" 100 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 900 m. Mountain railway 700 m, ski rental 100 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school, children's ski school 500 m. Please note: baby equipment on request. Additional accommodations can be booked.
1-room apartment 35 m2, on the ground floor. Very luxurious and cosy furnishings: open living/sleeping room with 1 double bed, dining table, TV, CD-player, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace.
