Great house for a large group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house exceeded our expectations. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a lot of potential, but sadly lacks comfort and touches that I would expect in a vacation rental. It looked like some upgrades had been slapped on an older house. Missing decor, lightbulbs out, small repairs needed, cups that leaked through cracks in the side, broken railing (safety hazard) outside, felt coming off pool table, broken recliners, broken chairs, and more. With a little TLC and some repairs, it could be good. Plenty of space for our family of 6, which is nice, and plenty of bathrooms too. But, I would not stay here again or recommend to someone I know.
