Use of shared memberships to the Anytime Fitness Center, 1-mile away.
Free use of six small water craft: stand-up paddle boards, single and double sea kayaks, canoe, with 15 assorted life preservers and adjustable paddles.
Free off-street parking up to 2 spaces.

You get what you pay for, and this is affordable...

The property was under heavy landscaping construction, but safe. Blankets were "clean" but stains existed. Everything worked and it was centrally located for my needs. It got the job done, but I'll be paying the premium for a nicer place next time. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Rundown motel in a great location

This place is located at the great location near the lake. It is also very close to shopping area. We did not stay at the room that was advertised but in the room in the back behind the construction site. The room is very small and there were pieces of food stack to the carpet and near the fridge. No one came to clean it. No one responded to my VRBO request. I went to the office to check out , it was open but no one at the desk. The copy of my id and credit card was on the counter accessible to anyone who walks in. We ended up leaving a day earlier. It was not a comfortable stay. This place can be a cute spot with a little bit of remodeling and deep cleaning.
