"Far from the train station. Not a good choice if you have big suitcases. Check-in instruction was confounding, which made the whole process complicated. The owner was impatient to help when calling. He said everything was self-check-in, and he didn't understand me, implying I shouldn't bother him. The hotel doesn't have fringe or complimentary bottled water, as listed on hotels.com. No toiletries or shampoo. Cheap supplies: body wash dispenser hardly come out. One good thing is the heating...

"This is a terrific hotel. The room was spacious, the bathroom excellent and it had a fridge/mini bar too. There was ample free parking, the breakfast was super (including delicious hot scrambled eggs and bacon) and the staff were incredibly helpful. We also had dinner here and the set menu was excellent value and very tasty. We will certainly return and many thanks to everyone for making it such an enjoyable stay."
