(Spinnweben und Spinnen, tote Mücken auf Fliegenklatsche, verschimmelter Kaffeesatz in Kaffeemaschine), die Aussenanlage war im Gegensatz dazu sehr gepflegt mit toller Sitzmöglichkeit."
