"Nada funcionaba en la habitación, ni el teléfono, ni la caja fuerte, ni el TV, ni el black out. Así que de afuera se veía todo lo que ocurría dentro de la habitación. Estamos solicitando la devolución de todo el dinero. No recomiendo el lugar, ni es lo que parece y muy mala atención de la manager."

"We stayed at 4 different hotels from Missouri to Florida over a 2 week time frame. Our family stayed here for about 1 week. We are now at Clearwater Beach-side hotel and our whole family wants to go back to the Hyatt House. Not because of attractions, but because of how comfortable everyone was at this hotel. The staff, cleanliness, and how amazing the breakfast and staff were is what make this place amazing. Everyone in the family wants to go back to Florida next year just so we can stay at the Hyatt House. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which felt like it was bigger than some apartments. We had the room serviced in the middle of our stay and those ladies are super fast and get the job done. The pool is actually perfect, my husband loved the gym and the front desk was always more than helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we had with options for everyone and plenty to eat. I am telling you, everyone who works here works super hard to make sure you have everything you need and are happy. This will be our go-to hotel in the future for any Orlando trips we make. The only negative is that I didn't know there was a $20 daily fee for parking until I checked out, but honestly totally worth it after our great experience."

Universal’s Loews Portofino Bay Hotel

8/10 Good

"Beautiful setting and the location and use of water taxi to city walk and the parks is excellent. The room wasn’t that big and I feel you are paying for the perk of the unlimited express passes. There was bottled water in the room, with an $8 price label attached. There was no turn down service and a basic coffee machine. We stayed at another hotel in the locality for a fraction of the price with a much larger room, same coffee machine and breakfast and car parking included. We would stay again, but only for the perk of the passes."
