I have been a regular over the past 15 years, and it is pleasing to see how the decor and facility has evolved, so it still looks and feels fresh and contemporary. My only issue this time was the attitude of the dining staff during breakfast... I, and other residents, believe the hotel should make it clear to residents in advance that serving times on a national holiday are not the same as a weekend. This would help avoid confusion on the day."

I was originally put off by the overall rating but I’m very glad I read the negative reviews and booked anyway. In my experience (on check-in and check-out) the staff were friendly and professional.
