"The room itself was wonderful for families. Plenty of room for a family of 4. I was really disappointed with the breakfast. We arrived at 630am on our final morning to the lights off in the kitchen but some hot food on the warmer. We were told the chef didnt arrive until 7am. The food on the warmer was dry and you could tell it was yesterday's leftovers, including the cut up fruit and veg. Location is wonderful. a short walk to the train station and cafes / restaurants."

"First impressions good in reception, room was a ok,carpet tatty for a superior room but clean enough,comfy bed,very quiet. Cups and glasses too small to be useful in room and no teaspoons,just wooden sticks! Servicing of room hit and miss, you needed to order replacement toilet roll,tea and coffee through QR code on app,had to request emptying the bins, Breakfast good and plentiful. Bar nice,staff very friendly, choice of food a bit limited in the evening, although pizza was on room service menu,couldn't order that in the bar when requested,which was a shame. Outside hotel not very nice, didn't venture out at night, as felt unsafe. Good location straight into station for trams,metro and trains for getting around the City in the day and eurostar."

"Hotel Indigo made for an overall fabulous stay in Brussels! The interior design nature vibe was elegant but comfortable. The lobby and hallways were filled with myriad plants of various varieties, plush chairs and cushions of rich color and texture. They even had a tourist guide to Gent for visitors to use, among many other interesting books in every corner. The suite room was roomy,immaculate and well designed in terms of furniture placement. The only downside was the switches for the lights (which were plentiful) were confusing and oddly placed at best. However, the staff were extremely helpful and congenial (overall). They were accommodating of our requests for the room and answered our questions about getting around, (trains, directions, restaurants, etc.) and listened attentively when I wanted to share my days adventurous outings. They even shared a lot about the important landmarks in Brussels and surrounding towns. The location was perfect as it is very near (a few blocks from) the train station (North). The restaurant too is a 5 star. Book Hotel Indigo, you'll be so glad you did!"

"The Pillows hotel's location was central. Close to the central train station 2 min.walk. close to the cathedral and many other siteseeing locations. All within 5 to 20 minutes of walking. The staff was great and room was clean."

"AMENITIES! We wanted a relaxing overnight before our long haul flight back to the U.S. and that is exactly what we got. The room was huge, and the fitness wellness center is worth every penny spent! My teen kids loved the hotel and wish we had a longer stay. The location is convenient to shopping and eateries."
