"The refrigerator did not work. There was absolutely no soap in the soap dispenser. The USB outlets did not work. There were only two plugs available for all the stuff we had to plug-in, and they were very loose in the plugs hardly stayed in. And last, but not least the phone did not work at all."

"Hard to find staff that speak English. They provide one tiny trashcan for a room w a kitchenette. The kitchen drawers are for show they don’t open. No counter space. Clean, no bugs, comfortable beds. Good for the price"
