"As a wheelchair user I always worry when I stay in another country and have to try and explain my needs. But the Titanic is really accessible and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The accessible room was brilliant and just perfect. The right amount of room and functionality without leaving out the luxury I like. The lift up to the foyer was very slow and I could not use it without staff which was a little awkward. But that is my only complaint. Would recommend for wheelchair users. "

Reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic with recommendations for restaurants and general information. Special shout-out to Toni who went the extra mile. "
