The Hillock Penthouse South B13

Welcome to the newly built and fully air-conditioned Penthouse South B13, an artfully designed retreat offering luxury and a restful experience. This exquisite penthouse features 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, with an ensuite and a 2nd bathroom with shower. The combined kitchen, dining, and living area is fully equipped and opens to a large balcony with stunning country and distant sea views. Another balcony at the back overlooks the pool area.

Guests can enjoy access to a communal pool, complete with sunbeds. The pool is located on the North Block, one floor above ground level and accessible by stairs. Please note that guests staying in the South Block need to cross the road to access the pool.

**Pet Policy:**
We are a pet-friendly accommodation. Pets are welcome in the apartments; however, they are not allowed by the pool. A pet fee applies.

**Parking:**
Free secure underground parking is available with direct internal access via passenger lifts and stairwells. Each apartment is allocated one parking space. The garage is located in the North Block.

**Additional Services:**
- Beds are prepared with appropriate bed linen, and extra blankets are available in the wardrobes.
- Two towels per person are provided, ready for use on the beds.
- Air-conditioning is included in the price.

Marsalforn Bay offers a variety of restaurants and pubs, a small sandy beach, and a mix of rocky and pedestrian beaches perfect for cooling off and snorkeling in the beautiful blue waters. This location serves as an excellent base for exploring Gozo, with the island's most popular sites less than a 10-minute drive away.
