"The hotel was absolutely sparkling, very high end modern decor, staff were very helpful really friendly, we got lunch while we waited check in time, the restaurant is again super clean and tidy, excellent staff we were very well looked after, the food was very good and very reasonably priced. We were blown away with our stay and it was a very high end stay for an incredible price we will absolutely stay here when we come back to visit."

"The reception closes at 7:00 pm. And then you have to walk to the restaurant to check in and then you have only until 10 pm. I showed up at 10:02 at the front door and tried calling - no one answered. And then I saw the sign saying to go to the restaurant. I ran to the restaurant hoping I made it in time and luckily I did. When I was checking out, I came down, again, no one at the reception desk, had to go to the restaurant and track someone down. "

"Super 4 star hotel! Service way beyond what is expected in the Czech Republic. Delicious and nicely plated meals in the restaurant, although it’s not a big menu. Breakfast was good with many options. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom with shower was nice and recently renovated. Adjacent to the hotel is a wine gallery. Will only stay here from now on
"Look no further. If you are going to an event at O2, this is the place to stay. It is right outside the stadium door. Everything inside seems brand new and modern (not the norm in Prague). We have stayed at multiple other hotels in the vicinity, and while some are okay, there is nothing else close to this one in terms of quality. The room was large and the bed was huge. It is a good 20 minute taxi to the old town, so I wouldn't recommend this place if that's what you're after. But if you are here just for an event, this is far and away the best bet. "
