"The location was probably the best part of this place. It was just off the beaten path that we didn't have much noise with the windows open, but it was close enough to everything that it was easily walkable. They had a great continental breakfast that really helped us start our days out right. We ended up in one of the rooms at the very top, so our ceilings were pretty low, and caused several of us to hit our heads. That's the reason for the 4 star instead of the 5. "This property was designed and built for Czech citizens. It is not a place for foreigners who are used to updated and elegant services. The pilgrim church of St. John of Nepomuk is situated on 'Zelená hora' in the Moravian town of Žďár nad Sázavou. Built in the 18th century, the church was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage site list in 1994. Unfortunately it's closed in mid January, and the weather didn't help much, but I'm sure it would be better during the 'tourist' season. I shall return to view it properly! #UNESCO #architecture
