"It was a great stay at the hotel, however there were a few down sides for me. I had mosquitoes in my room and that made my stay very uncomfortable. There were limited choices to the breakfast and it was just basic. Expected to have a full English breakfast and some hot food. The Ham etc were too cold."

"We appreciated the early check in but there’s no AC in the room, which made it difficult to sleep. Not safe keeping the window open (it’s ground floor - someone can walk in!). Btw the lobby bar didn’t have a wine opener for us to enjoy our French wine in our room before we left. I had to walk to the Standard to get the bottle opened, which was awkward. Not penalizing them for that but odd."

"The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The food was fresh, elevated and delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities. We would highly recommend Radisson the National Brussels. Thank you for a fantastic and memorable stay!"
