"Every detail was considered for the ultimate relaxing stay. The meals were great, the lobby always had refreshments and the massaging chair in the room was perfect.
The main draw to staying here was the hot springs. I was relieved that my tattoo was not an issue in the baths. I would love to come back and stay longer next time!"

"We were very grateful for the cleanliness of the room! We had a room with a private bathroom, and both the sleeping area and the bathroom was very clean. Futon beds were comfortable and warm. お食事は盛り付けも綺麗ですし 演出も最高なのですが量、質が満足出来た感じではありませんでした。
山形県産米を使っていたのですがお家で炊いたご飯の方がツヤ感ももち感も上でした。県産米が生かされていなくて残念です。
せっかくの素敵な旅館なので お食事のグレードはもっとＵＰしても良いと思います。"

"七日町付近に用事があり、ホテルを選びました。最もグレードの低い部屋に1泊しましたが、部屋は広く、清潔でした。駐車場もホテルの地下にあり、荷物を運ぶのも楽でした。スタッフも丁寧で朝食もよかったです。
