"Like that the hotel provides bottled water at the check in/check out counter. Especially in the hot weather of summer. As always the location is good. The staff helpful. The clothes hanger in the bathroom was faulty and does not retract. Informed front counter staff and it was fixed in the same day. Pleasant stay over all. Will recommend anytime. Unfortunately, I left behind my polo t-shirt in the closet. Really sad."

"The room was a bit smaller but clean and quiet. It was great to have a washer/dryer inside the unit. It would have been nicer if they had a place to hang the laundry. (Didn’t want to use dryer for some stuff)"

"Very friendly staff, clean rooms and perfect for a quick in and out trip. Only reason it is 4 and not 5 stars is how small the rooms are, but, you do get exactly what you pay for. Loved how they had TWO convenience stores in the building"

"This was a great stay! Extremely perfect location! A few minutes walk to several attractions- Shibuya Crossing, Shibuya Sky, Mega Don Quiote, etc. Tons of restaurants, cafes, bars. Loved it! The hotel was great. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Very clean! We had a great room with the best view of the city line. It was very spacious. Had no issues! Highly recommend!"
