Villa Riza Sun is a modern 2 bedroom detached villa, set in the countryside of Northern Zante. You’ll be just 5 minutes’ drive away from the beach resort of Alykes, with a host of great bars, restaurants and activities to discover. The villa itself has a private pool and plenty of outside space, with both bedrooms having access to balconies to take in wonderful landscape views. With a modern living area and kitchen, Villa Riza Sun is a practical villa perfect for couples and small groups. WiFi, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, and pool heating are included.

Located on the outskirts of Katastari village, Villa Riza Sun is in the picturesque North of Zante. The villa is just a 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Katastari, which has some basic amenities. You’re just a 5 minutes’ drive to Alykes, and 7 minutes’ drive to neighbouring Alykanas. Both resorts have wonderful, sandy beaches, a wealth of watersports activities, and a great selection of shops and restaurants. The villa is also located near the road connecting the lively south of the island to the scenic north, making it perfect to explore more of Zante.
