🚫 Quiet Hours: 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm & 11:00 pm – 7:00 am (per Greek Law 3/1996)
🚫 No Pets Allowed – Due to health regulations
🚫 Occupancy Policy: Only the number of persons agreed upon at booking are allowed. Extra guests are subject to additional charges or cancellation.
🚫 Visitors Policy: Non-registered persons may not stay overnight. Visitors allowed only with prior approval from management.
🚬 No Smoking Indoors – Smoking allowed on outdoor terraces and balconies
Housekeeping & Maintenance
🧹 Cleaning Service: Provided every 3-4 days for stays longer than 4 days
🛏️ Linen & Towel Change: Every 3-4 days (Pool towels & bathrobes changed once a week)
🛠 Swimming Pool Maintenance: Checked and cleaned three times a week during peak season, twice a week otherwise
Safety & Responsibility
⚠ Pool Safety Rules: Always supervise children. No diving or running around the pool area. Use non-breakable tableware around the pool.
⚠ Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, equipment, or facilities.
⚠ Right of Access: Management may access the villa in exceptional circumstances for maintenance or safety reasons.
