Nikos was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The staff at the hotel made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast is also included! The views from the hotel rooms, pool, and property were breathtaking. Easy commute to the two major towns on the island!

A home away from home

Apart from the serene, peaceful atmosphere, and apartment-style luxury rooms, the best part about this hotel is the owners. Niko and Mariella set up all our activities and answered thousands of questions. Our trip would not have been as perfect without their help. This hotel is wonderfully quiet and homey and sits in a cute beach town perfectly centered in between the island’s top activites. Side note- outstanding breakfast and cute well-behaved dogs.

Beautiful view and personal service

Very nice place to stay for a few days, tsilivi as a town way too touristic, but this place is a 20 minutes walk away and is nice and quiet. Everything is properly looking after and good comfort. Internet can be depending on weather a bit challenging, but overall I can recommend the place. Thank you to Nikos for all his recommendations and tips!

Amazing customer service and stay!!

My wife and I visited a few days in Zakynthos for our honeymoon. We loved the island and the stay at Kymothoe. We got in very late and our Hosts were so kind and thoughtful. They helped us order food that they had delivered to our room! The room was spacious and Niko helped us plan out each day perfectly! We will definitely visit again and stay at Kymothoe again! Stunning!

An amazing location, set on a cliff top with amazing views, a beautiful infinity pool and a path down to a small and very private beach. A 5 minute drive into either Zante town or Tvisili, but so quiet and removed from the crowds. Such a friendly Team, led by the owner. Very personal service. Very smalll (12 rooms?) and exclusive. Delicious breakfast. The rooms are very modern and clean.

My family and I loved and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, peaceful and gorgeous, well suited for families or people who want to escape noise and crowds. Our rooms were clean and spacious, with a huge patio with a hot tub, in addition to the fairly big pool deck. The views overlooking the cliffs and the beach below are breathtaking. There was even a washer which comes in handy if you are traveling with children. To top it all of, Nikos, the owner, and his staff, especially Noella, went above and beyond to welcome us and to make sure we were contented our entire stay. They were friendly, kind, accommodating and gracious on every level. We stayed for 4 days, and by the time we left, we were almost sad to leave. If we visit Zakynthos again, we are going right back there. It was a most memorable stay.

Best holiday ever!!!

Me, my wife and my 10 year old daughter stopped in this amazing hotel in a brilliantly kept self catering apartment. Very clean room with everything you could wish for, large fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and dishwasher - just like home! And the room had a very homely feel to it, very clean with lots of modern stylish touches. Nikos and the staff there are so friendly and helpful, and really make you feel welcome. On arrival we were informed of some of the islands activities and places to see. Nikos couldn't do enough for us, whether it be arranging days out for us or just giving advice on things to see. We've been on plenty of family holidays and this was by far the best, and we can't wait to go back.
