"Was nervous approaching the hotel. The lobby was rather hidden and the main hallway was in rough shape, but the actual hallways on the floors and rooms were recently renovated and super cute! Location was great, and price very affordable. Diamond in the rough for sure 😁"

"Loved staying here. Very Clean and the bed was comfy. The air conditioning worked great. I loved that even though it is in a shared building that there was a main door on the street that you needed a code or key for and then there was a key needed to access where the rooms are and then your room key so it felt very safe. "The property was outside of the hustle and bustle of Rome along the Tiber River. This was a major plus for us. We preferred the longer walks to Romes major attractions to staying in a more serene environment. "

It all went so smoothly for our first time booking at a quaint, boutique hotel, because of Pia. The hotel was very nice, with modern rooms, and very private. The balcony was fantastic for having an espresso in the morning and wine at night."
