You will find a 4-room apartment with an area of 60 square meters on the ground floor. The apartment features a beautifully furnished small living/dining room equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. It provides access to the garden, terrace, and swimming pool. The first bedroom has one bed and one French bed (180 cm long and 200 cm in length), along with air conditioning. The second bedroom boasts a French bed (160 cm long and 195 cm in length) and air conditioning. The third bedroom is furnished with a bed measuring 90 cm long and 200 cm in length, also with air conditioning.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a microwave, and a freezer. There are 2 showers/WC available within the apartment. Although there is no heating option, you can enjoy the large 20 square meter roofed terrace with a south-facing position.
